Thank you for choosing Sawyer Seats as your personal ticket concierge. Please review the following terms, which apply to all purchases made through Sawyer Seats. By confirming a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Payment & Pricing:
All payments must be made in full before tickets are secured.
Sawyer Seats accepts payments through Stripe, a secure online platform.
ACH bank transfer is available directly through the Sawyer Seats website or by invoice (no additional fee).
Credit or debit card payments are available upon request via a Stripe invoice. A processing fee of up to 3% may apply to cover transaction costs.
2. Ticket Availability
Tickets are sourced through licensed brokers, wholesale networks, hospitality partners, and other trusted channels. If your selected tickets are no longer available at the time of payment, you will receive a full refund immediately. We will also provide an updated list of comparable options if you’re still interested in attending.
3. Delivery of Tickets
Tickets are delivered electronically via official, verified platforms (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or venue-approved systems). Some venues restrict transfers until closer to the event date (often 24–48 hours before). In these cases, tickets are still guaranteed and will always be delivered prior to the event.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final once payment is received.
If you are unable to attend, you may resell your tickets independently or request resale assistance from Sawyer Seats (resale fee may apply).
If an event is canceled (not rescheduled), you will receive a full refund of both the ticket cost and the concierge service fee.
5. Responsibility & Liability
Sawyer Seats is not the event organizer or venue. We are not responsible for event cancellations, venue policies,
or changes to the event beyond delivering valid tickets as described.
6. Ongoing Terms
These Terms of Sale apply to this and all future purchases unless updated in writing by Sawyer Seats.
By confirming any ticket purchase (by email, message, or payment), you acknowledge that you have read and
agreed to these Terms of Sale. First-time buyers may be asked to provide written acknowledgment of these terms,
which will apply to all future transactions.
